NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 3, 2019, entered in Case No. 482018CA008733A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and Ruby Mabry; Unknown Spouse of Ruby Mabry; Muriel J. Orr a/k/a Muriel J. Floyd a/k/a Muriel Floyd a/k/a Muriel J. Bissainthe; Benjamin D. Floyd a/k/a Benjamin Deon Floyd are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 19th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK A, OF RIVERSIDE ACRES, FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE 87, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
