NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018-CA-003303-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of John E. O'Connor a/k/a John Eugene O'Connor a/k/a John O'Conner, Deceased; John L. O'Connor a/k/a John L. Oconnor; Dream Lake Homeowners Association, Inc.; City of Apopka, Florida are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 90, DREAM LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 106, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
