NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18001226CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and JESE MALAVE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESE MALAVE; LOUIS MALAVE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUIS MALAVE; IDALMIS MALAVE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IDALMIS MALAVE; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are Defendants, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11 a.m. on September 4, 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
