Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2019CA000155 on July 18, 2019 in the Circuit Court of CHARLOTTE, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in CHARLOTTE County, Florida, described as:
Unit 28, Oyster Creek Mobile Home Park, a condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 5, Page 29, et. seq., Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, being further described in that Declaration of Condominium filed the 6th day of February, 1985, in O.R. Book 804, Page 2053, et seq., as clerk's instrument No. 85-699674, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/100th share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.charlotte. realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on August 9, 2019. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
