Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 18000946CA on May 30, 2019 in the Circuit Court of CHARLOTTE, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in CHARLOTTE County, Florida, described as:
A parcel of land lying in Lots 5, 6, 7 and 12, Block 5361, 2nd Replat of Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 95, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 10-A through 10-C, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 12, run thence North 3 degrees 21 minutes 31 seconds West along the Easterly line of the aforesaid Lot 112, 38.76 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 3 degrees 21 minutes 31 seconds West, 67.24 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 7; thence South 86 degrees, 38 minutes 29 seconds West, along the Northerly line of the aforesaid Lot 7, 7.66 feet to the point of curvature of a circular curve, concave Northerly, and having a radius of 105.30 feet; thence Westerly and Northwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 23 degrees 30 minutes 04 seconds for a distance of 43.19 feet (chord bearing North 81 degrees 36 minutes 29 West); thence South 9 degrees 35 minutes 22 seconds West, 62.92 feet; thence South 80 degrees 24 minutes 38 seconds East, 65.41 feet to the Point of Beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on August 19, 2019. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
