NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2019, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-004516 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for American General Mortgage Loan Trust 2010-1 American General Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2010-1 , is the Plaintiff and Earnest Barron, Jr. a/k/a Earnest Lee Barron, Jr.; Sheila Barron a/k/a Sheila Mary Barron; Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Leah Barron; are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose. com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 15th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK D, GIBSON PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
