NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2018CA004063CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2015-6, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF JEANNETTE L. BORTZER, DECEASED; CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES, LLC; SUSAN MARIE HILL F/K/A SUSAN MARIE FREDRICKSON F/K/A SUSAN M. FERKICH; ANTHONY JOSEPH LEVEROCK; MILDRED DAWN OLEY F/K/A MILDRED DAWN STOWELL F/K/A MILDRED D. STOWELL; RONALD VERN BORTZER, JR. If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
