NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-001903-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for NRZ Inventory Trust, is Plaintiff and Ronald J. Barnes; Unknown Spouse of Ronald J. Barnes; Paul R. Stirrat; Gloria Stirrat; New Century Mortgage Corporation; and Thousand Oaks East - Phases II and III Homeowners' Association, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online at www .pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 276 IN THOUSAND OAKS EAST PHASES II AND III, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLATBOOK 46, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
