NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018CA002952CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Carlos P. Valle; Sonia C. Valle are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 14th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

RESERVING THE NORTHERN 30.00 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY (SUNCOAST BOULEVARD NORTH).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
