YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MAGNOLIA ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 14, of MAGNOLIA ESTATES PHASE ONE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 22-30, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 2226 Mountain Ash Way, New Port Richey, Florida, 34655
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 8-26-19, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
