ESTATE OF JAMES LEON RANEY, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, TIMBER LAKE ESTATES, INC., herein in the following described property:
Parcel 435, less the North 4.00 feet thereof, TIMBER LAKE ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE IV, and the undivided percentage or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1369, Pages 484-537, and amended in O.R. Book 1372, Pages 598- 602, and thereby supplements by O.R. Book 1468, Page 133, and thereby amended in O.R. Book 1468, Page 141, and O.R. Book 1528, Page 481, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 37-38, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; and all future amendments and/or supplements thereto. With the following street address: 3110 Moss Hill Street, Wesley Chapel, Florida, 33543
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 8-26-19, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
