LEGAL: Seven Springs Villas, a condominium, Unit One, Apt. 7, Bldg 29, according to the Condominium Plat recorded in Plat Book 11, at Pages 141 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and being further recorded in Official Records Book 1189, Page 88 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Pasco County, and is styled Goblins Trophy, LLC. vs. C. Barry Sherwin, a/k/a Charles Barry Sherwin, Beverley Dianne Wissman, a/k/a Beverley Dianne Schafer, John T. Parkos, Unknown Spouses, Unknown Heirs and Devisees.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Gary L. Davis, Esq., attorney for Plaintiffs, whose address is 9020 Rancho Del Rio Drive, Suite 101, New Port Richey, FL 34655, on or before 8-26, 2019, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Gary L. Davis, Esq. or immediately after servi.ce; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
