NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 18, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018CA003922CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC6 is Plaintiff and CHARLES MALDONADO; PETRONILA DIVISION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES MALDONADO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETRONILA DIVISION; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; OAK CREEK OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW .PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on August 19, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 200, OAK CREEK PHASE ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 40 THROUGH 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
