NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 17, 2019 to set Foreclosure Sale Date for August 21, 2019, in Case No.: 2019CA001375ANC DIV E of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, in which is the Plaintiff, BAYWAY INVESTMENT FUND, LP. a Florida limited liability partnership and REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE GRANTS AND DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE, INC., a Florida corporation, EDWARD ROBINSON and DEBORAH J. PEOPLES, ANY KNOWN AND/OR UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on August 21, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
