NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 17, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019 CA 001058 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC7, Plaintiff, and SHAUN BROMLEY A/K/A SHAUN G. BROMLEY; FORTY THREE WEST OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100077910006602532); UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JANE DOE; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

UNIT 42, FORTY THREE WEST OF SARASOTA, SECTION II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R BOOK 2147, PAGE 2509, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 28, PAGES 14, 14A THRU 14D, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
