NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 02, 2019, and entered in 2017 CA 003440 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-2 is the Plaintiff and RICHARD J. BOBKA A/K/A RICHARD BOBKA A/K/A RICH BOBKA ; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE ; DISCOVER BANK; AMERICAN EXPRESS TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES COMPANY, INC. are the Defendant(s).
