NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2019, and entered in 2018 CA 003213 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff and JOHN MCCANN; SOUTH GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 22, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 6, SOUTH GATE, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 93 AND 93A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
