NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on June 24, 2019, in case number 2019-CA-1777-NC of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein JAMES BARR is the Plaintiff and BRIAN CARTER BISHOP, Individually, and BRIAN BISHOP and WILLIAM BRUCE BISHOP, as Successor Co-Trustees of the William F. Bishop Revocable Trust U/A/D 6/12/2008, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com/ on September 9, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 81, MORRIS INDUSTRIAL PARK, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 18 and 18A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
