NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-000552 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For Mastr Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-WMC3, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-WMC3, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Beverly Dzialo, deceased; James Dzialo; Seven Lakes Association, Inc.; Steven Dzialo a/k/a Steven J.
