NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-004024, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CHAD GARD A/K/A CHAD A. GARD; RHIANNON GARD A/K/A RHIANNON M. GARD; ONEMAIN HOME EQUITY, INC. FKA AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 19 day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 29 AND 30, BLOCK 1847, UNIT 45, PART 1, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 135 THROUGH 150, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
