NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 26-2019-CA-001053 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, NA, successor trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust 2006-5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and Gulf Waters Development I, LLC; Donald E. Poldy; Robert H Omson; Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Patrick Tokin; Unknown Party#2 N/K/A Heidi Fistik; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 19 day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
