NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-005830 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY STRUCTURED TRUST I 2007-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2007-1, is Plaintiff and PERRY MYERS;
HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 13TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PERRY MYERS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 13, TEMPLE PARK, UNIT No. 7, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
