NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2019, entered in Case No. 17-002720-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Alexander Kanazirski a/k/a Alexander Kanazyrsky; Unknown Spouse of Alexander Kanazirski a/k/a Alexander Kanazyrsky; Regions Bank, Successor by Merger to AmSouth Bank; Bank of America, N.A.; Tierra Verde Community Association, Inc.; Bayway Condominium Association, Inc.; CitiBank, N.A.; Dodge Enterprises, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 107, BAYWAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 54 THROUGH 58 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6122, PAGES 1088 THROUGH 1157, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENT AND TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
