NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-003638-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to Lasalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-KS4 is the Plaintiff and William W. Noble; Grow Financial Federal Credit Union fka MacDill Federal Credit Union; Manuel Parrado a/k/a Manuel L. Parrado a/k/a Manuel Lico Parrado; Unknown Spouse of William W. Noble; Angela Michele Watkins are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 135, UNIT 1, BELLEAIR MANOR UNIT 1 & UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 24 AND 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
