You will please take notice that the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting of July 23, 2019, in the County Commission Assembly Room, Pinellas County Courthouse, Clearwater, Florida, adopted a resolution vacating the following legally described property as petitioned by Jeffrey M. Conway and Pamela G. Conway.

Resolution vacating all that portion of Beach Parkway, lying South of Lot 30,
Lot 31, and South of the vacated unnamed road Right-of-Way recorded in
Official Records Book 19747, Page 1267, Harborview No. 2 Subdivision,
Hillsborough Plat Book 6, Page 6, lying in Section 29, Township 30, Range 15,
Pinellas County, Florida; and providing for an effective date.
