NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 16, 2019 in Civil Case No. 14-002516-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and KELLY R. COLEMAN; CHERYLE T. COLEMAN; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA; STATE OF FLORIDA; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on August 14, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, OF BELLE ISLE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 28 AND 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
