NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of May, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-010778-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS FINANCIAL, INC.; ONEMAIN HOME EQUITY, INC. F/K/A AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEWELL GAINES A/K/A JEWELL J. GAINES; REGINALD WILLIAMS, SR.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JEWELL GAINES A/K/A JEWELL J. GAINES; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 3rd day of July, 2019 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK “D”, BUNCHE MANOR; ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “U”, PAGE 32 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
