NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel the Foreclosure Sale scheduled for May 30, 2019 entered May 20, 2019 and entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-007193-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE (CWMBS 2005-HYB7) is Plaintiff and ZOTTIG, MARIO, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 16, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in ORANGE County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure In Rem, to-wit:
