DESAI A/K/A ATUL DESAI; TESAL A. DESAI A/K/A TEJAL DESAI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ATUL H. DESAI A/K/A ATUL DESAI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TESAL A. DESAI A/K/A TEJAL DESAI; WESTMINSTER LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 08, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
