NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2019, and entered in Case No. 48-2017-CA-006924-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and Anny Jimenez; Luis Reyes, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 2nd day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 68, RIO PINAR LAKES UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 9 AND 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
