NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 9, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-004161-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and SHANDELISA KENERSON A/K/A SHANDELISA CARRAL KENERSON A/K/A SHANDELISA C. KENERSON; BENDELL KENERSON A/K/A BENDELL ALLEN KENERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHANDELISA KENERSON A/K/A SHANDELISA CARRAL KENERSON A/K/A SHANDELISA C. KENERSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ISLE OF PINES PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on June 27, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 265, FIFTH ADDITION TO ISLE OF PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “V”, PAGE(S) 5-6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
