AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-KS7 is the Plaintiff and PLATINUM PROPERTIES ORLANDO LLC; DAVID M. MIRANDA A/K/A DAVID MIRANDA; AIDA V. USUA A/K/A AIDA USUA; PARTNERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO VISTA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. are the Defendant(s).
