NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-005603-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and BERNADINE PIERRE; SIONNIS PIERRE et al., are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 16th of JULY 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 122, MOSS PARK RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGES 83 THROUGH 91, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
