NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 09, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-008342-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and TERRENCE BAUR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 145, PARK MANOR ESTATES, UNIT TEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
