NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19000223CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST2006-11CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11CB, is the Plaintiff and CHARLIE C. CLARK, JR.; JOYCE E. CLARK; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are Defendants, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11 a.m. on the July 15, 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
