NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5/9/2019, and entered in Case No. 08-2018-CA-001107 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and William W. Crosland, is defendant, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the day of 6/28/2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

BEGIN AT A POINT ON RETTA ESPLANADE 286 FEET FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID BLOCK 8, THENCE RUN SOUTHWESTERLY WITH RETTA ESPLANADE 38 FEET; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY, PARALLEL WITH DURRANCE STREET, 90 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY, PARALLEL WITH RETTA ESPLANADE, 38 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY PARALLEL WITH DURRANCE STREET, 90 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
