NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5/9/2019, and entered in Case No. 08-2018-CA-001025 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST CHARLES B. TIETBOHL, DECEASED; PAUL E. QUIGG, JR.; MATTHEW CHARLES QUIGG; PAUL E. QUIGG, JR., AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CHARLES BURTON TIETBOHL, DECEASED; SOUTH GULF COVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIMOTHY PAUL QUIGG; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING THROUGH SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the day of 6/28/2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
