AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-10 is the Plaintiff and SALVATORE BOCCIO, AS TRUSTEE OF THE GREENBROOK TRUST LAND TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 9, 2007; SALVATORE BOCCIO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR RBS CITIZENS, N.A.; PNC BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 9, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
