NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2019, and entered in 2018CA005750AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM B. WIEDEMAN; BONNIE J. WIEDEMAN; MONTEITH PROPERTIES, LLC, A NEW MEXICO LLC, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE 4618 E 37TH STREET TRUST are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, PERKINS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 169, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
