NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2019, and entered in 2016-CA-004331 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and LUCIEN VOLTAIRE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCIEN VOLTAIRE; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC. ; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 A/K/A BRITTNEY MOBLEY; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 A/K/A WILLIE COLLINS; POINCIANA VILLAGE THREE ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
