NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017CA002818000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC, is Plaintiff, and SPRINGCASTLE CREDIT FUNDING TRUST, THROUGH ITS TRUSTEE WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 174 OF CITRUS WOODS ESTATES UNIT NUMBER THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
