NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2019-CA-000854-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-41CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-41CB, plaintiff, and S. MARK SWANSON et al, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 27 day of June 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 90, BLOCK A, FOREST LAKES HOMES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 41 THROUGH 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
