NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA - CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on June 27, 2019 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Apartment Unit 5, Solana Oaks, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded at O.R. Book 761, Page 261, et seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
