NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2019, and entered in 11-2018-CA-003978-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE W SMALL, SR.; REBECCA SMALL; TANGLEWOOD VILLAS OF LELY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on June 27, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
