NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018CA001732CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS as Indenture Trustee for the registered holders of SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2005-3 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and Marianne Allen; David Alan Kocina; Jay Allen a/k/a Jay S. Allen; Marina Palms Homeowners Association, Inc.; Saxon Mortgage, Inc.; Sun Coast Roofing a/k/a Sun Coast Roofing Services, Inc. are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 25th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, BLOCK A, INDIAN TRACE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 4-6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS RENAMED TO MARINA PALMS BY DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2068 PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
