NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2018CA001874CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and SHAWN W. CENTERBAR and BARBARA DELFOX et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, PAULA O'NEIL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on July 09, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 857 AND THE WEST 2.50 FEET OF LOT 858, LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 2.50 FEET OF SAID LOT 857, GULF HIGHLANDS, UNIT FOUR AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 143-144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
