NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA002632CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-14 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and LAMONT WILSON; JASMINE LAKES COMMUNITY & CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; JASMINE LAKES CIVIC AND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of JUNE, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX (826), UNIT 6-A, JASMINE LAKES SUBDIVISION, SAID LOT, UNIT AND SUBDIVISION BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AS THE SAME APPEARS OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/41 INTEREST IN AND TO LAKE HENRY.

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
