NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2018-CA-002743-CAAX WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-B is the Plaintiff and ARLEEN R. KRAK F/K/A ARLEEN R. WIERZBINSKI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARLEEN R. KRAK F/K/A ARLEEN R. WIERZBINSKI, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF CVI LOAN GT TRUST I are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on JULY 8, 2019, at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PASCO County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 718 of HOLIDAY GARDENS ESTATES UNIT FOUR, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 1, 2 and 3 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
