NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on March 29, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2015CA000636CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and PETER RYGIEL; CHRISTA RYGIEL; LEXINGTON OAKS OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on June 27, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
