TO: The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other claimants claiming by, through, under or against Richard Cooley and Karen Cooley, deceased
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, Pinecrest Mobile Home Park Residents, Inc. of Zephyrhills, Florida, a Florida not-for-profit corporation, has filed an action against you seeking to foreclose a Claim of Lien, a landlord's lien, terminate a proprietary leasehold interest and evict you from the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
Unit #104, Pinecrest Mobile Home Park, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 4767, Pages 100 through 150, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
upon which lies the following single-wide mobile home:
1979 HOME, VIN 0361450M, Title 0016171438
and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Jonathan P. Whitney, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
